The Neurodynamic Transformation Process
The NDR Process: What to Expect
The full course includes 3 sessions, spaced 3–20 days apart.
If more than 21 days pass between sessions, the process of forming new neural connections is interrupted, and the course needs to be restarted.
Consultation
We’ll begin by discussing your request — what you’d like to shift or work through.
The Process
Then, you’ll be invited to lie down while the practitioner conducts a brief body test to identify areas of tension and response.
However it unfolds for you — that’s exactly right.
This process feels similar to entering a quiet inner state: some people experience physical sensations, others see images, and some simply fall asleep.
Your body and mind know exactly what to do, they will guide the process together with your practitioner.
Each session unfolds at its own pace — usually between 60 to 90 minutes.
You’ll intuitively feel when the process has reached its natural completion and open your eyes.
Integration
To support integration, it’s recommended to spend the rest of the day in calm and simplicity, avoiding extra activity or social interaction.
Your body will continue its inner work — let it conserve energy for what truly matters.

After The Session: What Changes
As your inner world shifts, your outer world begins to reflect it.
You may start noticing the first changes even between sessions:
Feeling lighter, calmer, and more emotionally clear
Setting healthy boundaries or making long-overdue decisions
Taking new actions toward what you truly want, as new pathways open
How your system restructures over time
The first changes will begin
Meaningful changes
Deeper and lasting transformation
(about two full cycles of blood renewal)
After the session
2-3 months
6-8 months
Be patient, and trust that your system is already working for you.
Transformation is unfolding beneath the surface.
Important to Know
The healing process is not always linear
Change isn’t always comfortable, sometimes real transformation begins with temporary discomfort.
Occasionally, symptoms may feel stronger before they improve.
This isn’t regression — it’s release.
And the deeper the release, the more your life begins to shift in your favour:
You build a strong inner foundation
You start responding instead of reacting
You begin shaping your life, instead of being shaped by it
For example: you might feel more irritable if you’ve carried repressed anger for years, or notice chronic physical issues temporarily resurfacing.
As your subconscious rewires, your reality begins to reshape.
You may naturally release old relationships, habits, or environments that no longer support your growth.
What may feel like a breakdown is often the beginning of a breakthrough.
While this can feel unsettling, it’s a powerful sign that your system is letting go of what no longer serves you — creating space for healing and new possibilities.
And Finally
If this information resonates with something deep within you, it’s not by coincidence
Your nervous system has its own intelligence — gently guiding your transformation in ways you may not even realize.
Trust the Process. Your Nervous System Knows the Way.
