These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and offerings provided by NDR Center Switzerland, operated by Ellina Robinson, self-employed, with its place of business in 6030 Ebikon, Switzerland.
By booking or using any service, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Services
NDR Center Switzerland provides neurodynamic guidance and training sessions exclusively in 1:1 settings. Sessions may take place online (e.g. via Zoom) or in person, as agreed individually.
Appointments are currently arranged only through direct personal contact (e.g. via email or message) and not via an online booking system.
Conclusion of Contract
A contract is formed once an individual session or service has been agreed upon and confirmed by both parties.
Prices and Payment
Prices for sessions and gift vouchers are communicated individually.
At present, no online payment methods are offered. Payment in advance is not required, unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are defined individually (e.g. payment after the session).
Gift Vouchers
NDR Center Switzerland offers gift vouchers, which are issued individually and not sold via the website.
Gift vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Agreed appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
In the event of later cancellation or failure to attend, NDR Center Switzerland reserves the right to charge the session fee in full or in part.
No Medical Treatment
The services offered do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic treatment.
No diagnoses are made and no guarantees of results or healing are provided. The sessions do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment.
Liability Disclaimer
Participation in sessions is at the client’s own responsibility.
Liability for direct or indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the applicable Privacy Policy of NDR Center Switzerland, available on the website.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered place of business of NDR Center Switzerland, insofar as legally permissible.
Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
